  • FPI is an out of network provider for all insurance companies. This allows us to put 100% of our focus on helping YOU, instead of arguing with insurance companies. This allows us to provide the care you deserve, not simply the treatment that pays the most.

  • Absolutely! We are designated as an out-of-network provider per your insurance company.

If you provide your insurance information we are happy to check your benefit coverage and let you know how much you can anticipate a visit will cost. If you have out of network coverage, we will submit to insurance on your behalf.

  • A new patient visit a 60 minute deep dive into your current pain/injury/symptoms, as well as your medical, wellness and movement history.

    Followup visits are 30 minutes.

  • Wear something comfortable that allows for you to move freely and without restriction.

  • During your first visit, Dr. Danielle or Dr. Kara will take a comprehensive health and injury history and perform an in-depth examination to better understand not only your current source of pain, but to determine the root cause of those symptoms. The examination includes both manual tests and movement analysis, noticing any inconsistencies or restrictions. This will allow the doctors to determine a comprehensive plan to address those issues and get you back to feeling your best.

Future visits are always 1 on 1 with the provider and focus on a combination of manual work and movement rehab in line with your individual care plan.

  • This will be different for every patient based on their needs, and will evolve along with their care plan. An acute injury or flare may necesstiate, 2+ visits a week. Ongoing maintenance care may be 1x a week or every other week.

  • Clothes you can move in!

And for you first appointment, make sure you bring your insurance card (if you want to submit for out of network coverage).

  • One of the main ways we differ from conventional healthcare practices is that we are continually looking to collaborate outside of our own office as needed to better serve our patients. Whoever you have on your healthcare team, we’re always open to working together to help you feel your best. One of our pillars is collaboration and working as a team – whether it’s keeping your orthopedist in the loop, brainstorming with your personal trainer about movements to focus on, or reviewing progress with your functional medicine doctor.
