The encouraging community + reduced cost of group fitness.

This intimate small group workout of 2-5 people will get you strong and help hold you accountable in a supportive community setting.

1:1 Personal training

A fully customized approach to movement that will allow us to focus 100% on your specific goals.

Each session will be specifically designed with your needs in mind, building improved mechanics and strength while working to simultaneously improve any movement restrictions.

The goal?

Building strength + developing effective movement patterns with a consistent training program

For many individuals, this is the missing link to truly get a handle on pain and movement restriction.

Instead of randomly choosing YouTube videos or bouncing from group fitness class to class, rely on a team of experts to help you move the needle with a structured, intentional training plan aligned with your rehab goals.

You’ll engage in shorter, more efficient workouts that build strength and help you feel better in your body.

In-clinic sessions are led by Kathryn Blaze - a certified personal trainer and kettlebell specialist with a focus on movement rehab.

Kathryn, Dr. Danielle and Dr. Kara collaborate on all training plans to create a truly integrative program experience.
